1.) How long does it take to confirmreceipt and payment?

Answer: It takes about 2-3 workingdays.

2.) How long does it take to ship?

Answer: Successful paid order will bedelivered to you about 3 to 10 working days for local areas. 2-3 moreworking days will be required in Macau & remote areas in Hong Kong.

3.) Is there an order cut-off time?

Answer: Yes.

The deadline for processing online deliveryorders is 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Any order submitted after 5pm will beprocessed on the next working day.

4.) Additional fees
